To remove a user from a course, go to

  1. Control Panel click User management and then click Remove Users from Course
  2. Search for the user you wish to remove
  3. Place a check mark in the "Remove" box on the left hand side of the screen
  4. Type "Yes" to verify this deletion
    • Be certain to capitalize the Y in Yes
  5. Submit

Note: If you remove a user from your course, their participation (grades, assessments, discussions, and files) will be completely lost. Students who drop your course will be handled by Registration and Records.
