Blackboard, Hardware/Software Requirements
What are the minimum hardware and software requirements for my computer in order to access Blackboard?
To ensure access to all class files, we recommend the following hardware specifications:

PC Configuration
- 400 Megahertz Intel Pentium III Processor (933 preferred)
- 128 Megabytes RAM (256 preferred)
- 6 Gigabyte Hard Drive
- 17" Monitor 56.6 Kbps Modem ( Cable Modem / DSL preferred)
- Windows 98, 2000, or XP
MAC Configuration
- 400 Megahertz iMac (933 preferred)
- 128 MB RAM (256 preferred)
- 6 Gigabytes Hard Drive
- 17" Monitor
- 56.6 K Modem (Cable Modem / DSL preferred)
- Macintosh OS 9
Additionally, we recommend having the following software or free downloads for adequate display of instructional materials:
