Modifying Archives
By default, collaboration archives are available to students. If you do not want students to have access to recorded sessions you have the option to modify session availability.
- In the Control Panel, click Course Tools and click Collaboration.
- Click the Recordings button to the right of the Session Name. Only collaboration sessions for which you have recorded archives will have a recording button.
- Click the Manage button to the right of the archive you wish to modify.
- You can make the recording unavailable to students by clicking the No radio button in the Availability to Students area.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Submit button.
Removing an Archive from the Control Panel
- In the Control Panel, click Course Tools and click Collaboration.
- Click the Recordings button to the right of the Session Name.
- Click the Remove button to the right of the archive you wish to modify.
- Click the Delete button on the confirmation page that appears.
